Crocodile has become a very popular meat both in Australia and overseas and is part of a developing cuisine that is uniquely Australian. It is a succulent white meat with a delicious and unique flavour. Crocodile meat is low in fat and high in protein and is best cooked in the same manner as lean pork or chicken.
Ingredients
  • 1 kilo Crocodile Meat, cut into big chunks
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs (Japanese Bread Cumbs)
  • To taste Salt and Pepper
  • As needed Cooking Oil
Procedure
  1. Prepare the meat and season it with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge it flour first then dip in the egg then the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat up your oil and fry the croc meat in batches until golden brown and dry them on paper towels.
  4. Serve it up with your favorite tomato relish.
