4 cups Snake Beans, cut into 2’’ long (string beans or Baguio beans can be used)
To Taste Salt and Pepper
Procedure
In a shallow frypan, heat oil and sauté garlic and onion on medium heat until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the tomatoes becomes tender.
Follow it with the ground pork and cook for 10 minutes until browned. Pour the soy sauce and stock and simmer the dish for a further 5 minutes.
Throw in the snake beans and toss it them through, simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Adjust the taste by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
Serve with steaming white rice
