This Filipino style pasta has the perfect Pinoy ingredient for you: longganisa!
Ingredients
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • onions
  • bell pepper
  • chili (optional)
  • longganisa
  • thyme
  • wine / wine vinegar
  • tomatoes
  • salt & pepper
  • chili leaves
Procedure
  1. On a separate pan, fry the longganisa.
  2. Saute garlic and onions.
  3. Add in bell pepper and chili, longganisa.
  4. Toss a little before adding the thyme then the wine (1/2 cup).
  5. Add the tomatoes (either fresh or canned).
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Finish with chili leaves on top.
