  • Kangkong (water spinach)
  • Cabbage
  • Bitter gourd
  • Chayote
  • String beans
  • Bayem (Amaranth)
  • Chili
  • Corn kernels
  • Potatoes
  • Tofu
  • Eggs
  • Cucumber
  • Emping
  • Bawang goreng / fried onions
  • Peanuts
  • Shrimp paste
  • Salt
  • Tamarind
Procedure
  1. Blanch all the vegetables.
  2. Drain and mix with the Gado-gado sauce.
  3. Top with eggs, cucumber, fried onions and emping.
