- Kangkong (water spinach)
- Cabbage
- Bitter gourd
- Chayote
- String beans
- Bayem (Amaranth)
- Chili
- Corn kernels
- Potatoes
- Tofu
- Eggs
- Cucumber
- Emping
- Bawang goreng / fried onions
- Peanuts
- Shrimp paste
- Salt
- Tamarind
- Blanch all the vegetables.
- Drain and mix with the Gado-gado sauce.
- Top with eggs, cucumber, fried onions and emping.
