Chris makes his own banana pancake batter by combining bananas, all purpose flour, milk and baking soda! #NeverForget your baking soda for that fluffiness (you could die!)

What makes this banana pancake recipe even more special is its homemade syrup made from fresh calamansi and coco sugar. Coco what? Yes, coco sugar! Sarap ng lutong bahay!

Ingredients
  • 2 medium Bananas
  • 20 pcs Kalamansi
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
Procedure
  1. Mix all ingredients well by hand or using a mix master
  2. Fry pancakes in a small amount of oil until bubbles appear on surface and then flip
  3. Remove from pan when golden brown and serve hot with fresh kalamansi juice and coco-syrup
