What makes this banana pancake recipe even more special is its homemade syrup made from fresh calamansi and coco sugar. Coco what? Yes, coco sugar! Sarap ng lutong bahay!
- 2 medium Bananas
- 20 pcs Kalamansi
- 3 tablespoons Coconut sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- Mix all ingredients well by hand or using a mix master
- Fry pancakes in a small amount of oil until bubbles appear on surface and then flip
- Remove from pan when golden brown and serve hot with fresh kalamansi juice and coco-syrup
