Toyo, Suka, at Sili

Toyo, Suka, at Sili

Some of the most favorite Filipino dishes served during fiestas/occasions are grilled food- liempo, barbecue, bangus, lechon, and the list goes on! These dishes are enjoyed over hot rice with a cup of softdrink or fruit punch. But what makes these more flavorful is dipping it into a sawsawan. And the best paired dipping sauce you can make is Toyo, Suka, at Sili.

This dipping sauce is quite similar with toyomansi, but with the addition of suka/ vinegar, it makes a whole new variety of sawsawan.

This recipe is quick and easy and it doesn’t require actual cooking to make it! If you’re a foreignoy like Chris Urbano who loves Filipino food, you can make this one at home. Try out pairing this with grilled food which cuts the fat and makes the dish even more tasty!
