Longganisa
Beans
Chopped tomatoes
Parsley
Bell pepper
Corn
Chili
Celery
Baguio beans
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper
Procedure
Fry the longganise.
In a separate bowl, mix in the beans and add the chopped tomatoes, parsley, celery, bell pepper, corn, chili, and the Baguio beans.
Drizzle 3-4 table spoons of oil and some red wine vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss and enjoy!
