Thinking of your next pang Filipino Pulutan?

In this episode I’m going back to my roots! I’m cooking an Aussie favorite, crocodile! I’ve cooked crocodile adobo before but this time, I’m showing you how to cook crocodile bites! This is a perfect alternative for the good ol’ calamari ‘Calamares’ that Filipinos love as pulutan or pica-pica.

This crocodile recipe is one of my favorites and infused it with a secret ingredient to elevate the croc’s taste. If you are looking how to cook crocodile recipe, then this one is for you!

I also paired it with my homemade relish so be sure to check out the video and check out the ingredients on how to cook it.

Have you tried crocodile before? Let Tagalog speaking Australian Chris Urbano tell you how it tastes like!
