Ginataang Alimango
Alimango is the Filipino term for “Mud Crabs” which is the star ingredient in this dish. While other Southeast Asian countries prepares this seafood in a more salty and savory dish, Filipinos prefers it to be more sweet and creamy. Ginataang Alimango is a mixture of seafood and veggie in one dish. This can be served with a vinegar dipping sauce which cuts through the coconut cream.
